Returns:
If you are unhappy with your Order, you may request a refund by contacting us at Sales@magnumcoffee.com. Refunds are processed solely at Magnum Coffees discretion. To receive a refund, unused coffee must be returned to Magnum Coffee at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be honored up to 30 days after purchase date, but not afterward. If you are dissatisfied with any non-coffee product you purchased through the Sites, you may return the product within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product by contacting Sales@magnumcoffee.com and following the shipping instructions we supply (including covering the cost of return shipping); provided, that all returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. After we receive your returned product, we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the product (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). If you do not comply with the terms of this section, you will be ineligible to receive a refund.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get wat you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
