You agree to pay all shipping and handling charges specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify these charges periodically; however, any applicable charges will be clearly provided before you complete your purchase. Shipping is generally managed by a third-party courier, and actual delivery dates may vary.
If you are unhappy with your order, you may request a refund by contacting us at sales@magnumcoffee.com. Refunds are processed solely at Magnum Coffee's discretion. To receive a refund, unused coffee must be returned to Magnum Coffee at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be honored up to 30 days after purchase date, but not afterward.
